Working as Digital Activation Manager, this hybrid role sits within the snacks team – working across all 3 categories digitally and responsible for Pop Tarts activation.  

Digital Marketing
•    Implements and influences the European social media strategy in coordination with its various partners to guarantee its effectiveness.
•    Encourages the adoption of new and emerging social media techniques, trends and applications.
•    Develop local campaigns, and / or deploy European campaigns in UKI.
•    Collaborates with Brand activation managers to integrate social media into their brand plans.
•    Moderates the social networks of Kellogg’s UKI brands in collaboration with consumer affairs and agencies.
•    Manages reactive / open communication by working in partnership with the Digital Europe, Corporate Communication and Legal teams as needed.
•    Identifies and assesses effective benchmarks to measure the impact of social media. Analyse, review and report on the effectiveness of our campaigns to maximize results.
•    Pilot and contribute to performance analyzes of social media campaigns: is responsible for KPIs on social media, test & learn approach to always innovate

Brand Activation
•    Executing the yearly brand plan on Pop Tarts with excellence, with a strong focus on omni channel shopper marketing plans and reviewing its effectiveness.
•    Work collaboratively with Sales teams and customers to land NPD and maximise the retailer support for our brands.
•    Play a role in key customer brand meetings to drive brand and customer alignment across activation plans. 
•    Manages BTL budget, reviews investments and ROI to drive continuous improvement


•    Passionate about brands and bringing them to life digital and in stores across UK and Ireland
•    3+ years’ experience in a digital role with activation experience a bonus

Must Haves:
•    A strong understanding of digital marketing, and the way that brands and products communicate on these platforms
•    Understanding in the fundamentals of digital paid media, specially paid social
•    Understanding in how to measure performance and ROI on paid social and digital display campaigns
•    Experience in managing influencer campaigns - creative concept to the measurement
•    Experience in community management and social listening
•    Experience in managing digital/activation campaign budgets

•    Autonomous approach to work plan, showing initiative and being proactive
•    Focused on results with an analytical approach
•    Strong communications, organization and influencing skills. 
•    Collaborative approach and ability to connect with a broad group of stakeholders 
•    Fluent business English (written and verbal)
