HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING.

  • Champion safe working practice ensuring works carried out under the control of the engineer meets current legislation and Kellogg standards
  • Ensure works carried out under the control of the engineer meet all current quality and food safety legislation and Kellogg standards
  • Manage the routine maintenance of equipment in the plant to ensure the safe, reliable running of the equipment in the engineers designated E2E area
  • Ensure maintenance execution is to schedule by following good planning practice and monitoring task completion
  • Collaborate with the scheduling, operations and improvement teams to ensure equipment downtime is fully utilized for maintenance
  • Manage the plant shutdown engineering activity by collaboration with the shift management team for out of hour’s activity
  • Support the plant operations team to resolve equipment issues impacting plant performance, through the escalation process
  • Ensure the workshops in the plant are maintained to current legislative and Kellogg standard within the engineers designated area
  • Lead specific KWS RM element and be the Subject Matter Expert for allocated area of statutory compliance

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Educated to a minimum HNC experience with a degree advantageous
  • Engineering experience within the food industry. Good organisational and planning skills with the flexibility to adapt to operational priorities
  • Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team on a day to day basis
  • Able to communicate at all levels within the plant environment
  • Computer literate with a thorough understanding of SAP and Microsoft Office software applications
