  • Bring Occasion-Based Category Vision to Life – The Customer Insights Manager serves as a resource and consultant to internal and external customers.  You will take the lead and influence thought leadership meetings with external customers in which a deep level of shopper understanding will lead to executional strategy.  Using insights to influence and interact with account teams, category teams and other cross-functional partners will be key to your success.  The customer will look to you to uncover insights and provide category leadership.
  • Drive Growth Strategically through Joint Value Creation - Maintaining awareness of market trends and competitor strategies, you will adjust Kellogg's strategy accordingly.  You will lead and develop "store of the future" work and strive to understand the shopper and the retailer.  This position co-owns the development of aisle strategy.  Leading and influencing Joint Value Creation (JVC) / Joint Business Planning (JBP) you will bring an insights perspective and provide Ingredients for Growth (I4G) insights leadership.  Join our team and deliver next level insights to drive forward-looking Omni Channel Strategies that the competition will wish they discovered.
