Title:  Supply Execution Manager (12 Month Contract)


In this 12-Month contract opportunity as the Supply Execution Manager located in Mississauga, ON, you will work as the liaison between Kellogg North America Supply Planning and Kellogg Canada. Activate your ability to synthesize the latest supply information to ensure delivery of supply plans are met, maximize case fill, and overall customer execution.   • Partnering with the Business – You will be responsible for supply execution across all 6 Categories & all products within the Kellogg Canada business unit. Partner with Sales Strategy and Integrated Business Planning on prioritization of constraint SKUs while serving as the key representative in IBP cycle meetings including monthly demand reviews, supply reviews & Monthly Business Reviews. You will also own and lead Kellogg Canada Sales & Operation Execution meetings. 
  • Acting as a Change Agent – With weekly interaction with all KNA Supply Planners, you’ll work proactively to identify solutions for forecasted inventory challenges. Take charge to address delays in logistics deployment to alleviate service risk and work to improve outlook and avoid future implications. With these insights, you’ll develop, own, and maintain an ongoing weekly risk tracker and communication.
  • Creating Meaningful Presentations – Do you have the skills to create dashboards that tell the real story behind the data? That’s great! We need someone like you as we unravel data sets to turn them into useful, productive material that drives decision-making forward.
  • Collaborating for Success – Cross-collaborate with various internal teams including Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Sales Strategy, Customer Supply Chain, Internal & External Manufacturing, and Innovation. While you’re at it you will bridge the gap of external contacts which include third-party transportation providers while ensuring progress toward key business goals.





  • 3-5 years of experience within Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning, and/or Sales.
  • Ability to impact and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills and ability to process and synthesize significant amounts of data to present to large audiences and stakeholders.
  • An owner’s mindset and desire to drive results
