Title:  Finance Manager


In the role of Manager, Finance – FP&A you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success. Working as part of our GR-R-REAT Finance organization, you will be providing financial analysis and insights across functions and business units. In this role, you will provide value-added monthly financial variance analysis and recommendations on ways to improve profit at Kellogg.  Essentially, this is a key development opportunity for a goal-oriented and passionate finance leader with an innovative mind-set, strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.


You will be working as part of the Away from Home group based out of the Naperville, IL office.  Want to know more about Away from Home?  At Kellogg, the Away from Home channel business means we focus on products that are sold in non-grocery-store venues like convenience stores, cafeterias, college campuses, and more.  You’ll have the opportunity to represent some of Kellogg’s top brands: Pop-Tarts, Pringles and Cheez-Its, Eggo, and MorningStar Farms!  Now, let’s achieve something great together!




  • Planning and Reporting – You will be responsible for working with the teams to provide financial forecasts, help develop the annual budget, analyze and report period results and provide other ad-hoc reporting.
  • Analysis and Insights – You’ll examine financial performance and communicate results and insights to management teams.
  • Process Improvement – You will have the opportunity to drive process improvement in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with the goal of improving the understanding of the drivers of the P&L and providing value-added solutions for the internal stakeholders. 
  • Leadership – You will get exposure to the leadership team while presenting drivers of financial performance, identifying and communicating opportunities and risks, and leading projects amongst other team members.  
  • Engaging in Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with all associated functions within finance, you’ll utilize your determined nature to push towards issue resolution and process improvement with the goal of capitalizing on identified opportunities.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field and extensive related work experience
  • Strong problem-solving, decision making, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and other financial planning systems.
  • Experience working for a Consumer Product Goods company
