Lead IT Engineer – Collaboration Technologies

  • Implement Collaboration Tools & Technology: Work with the Central IT Collaboration Team to implement collaboration tools and technology. Implement, optimize, and manage our Microsoft Office 365 collaboration solutions like: MS Teams, Yammer, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.  This includes licensing, authentication, and integration capabilities as well as management of their mobile applications.  


  • Upgrades & Migrations: Lead the integration of MS Teams and SharePoint Online with other collaboration solutions. Lead the migration from Skype EV and PBX to Teams EV, working with the regions to gather data and execute migrations.  Define and implement document management and user privilege policies.


  • End User Experience Optimization: Gather customer requirements from the regions, collaborate with change management teams, develop and execute training for end users to optimize the use and value of our Microsoft collaboration investment across Kellogg globally.


  • Strong Troubleshooting: Strong Microsoft solutions troubleshooting skills to be able to leverage application behaviors, errors and logs to identify dependencies and arrive to root cause and long-term fixes for complex problems.


  • Teamwork Across IT at Kellogg’s: Use your IT experience to work across technology silos and re-engineer delivery and operational processes generating labor reduction and cost savings. Challenge the status-quo and bring ideas to the table to deliver improvements to our Communication and Collaboration environments through process automation and innovation approaches.






  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience designing, implementing and maintaining Microsoft based communications and collaboration enterprise solutions
  • Strong experience implementing & managing O365 applications in a large enterprise environment
  • Strong experience driving adoption of O365 applications in large enterprise environments
  • Strong experience documenting collaboration solutions like OneDrive, Meeting Recording, etc.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining Digital Concierge requests.
  • Ability to work across functional silos and promote adoption of new tools and processes across the Collaboration Technologies environment
  • Able to balance multiple concurrent priorities and deliver results independently
  • Strong technical problem solving, teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to coach and mentor junior staff and enable them to understand and manage new platforms
  • Must be a confident, self-starter, self-motivated individual who really enjoys the challenges that come with managing a large scale enterprise collaboration environment


Bonus Points:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry
  • Experience in global IT teams
  • Experience with Powershell
