HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Facilitation and Oversight: Facilitate and lead the weekly S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) meeting.  Drive alignment and collaboration with cross-functional team – including demand planning, operations, customer facing, sales strategy, transportation, customer service, and sales team leadership. Weekly oversight to AFH packaging initiatives with K1 peers to drive down packaging risk across AFH innovation, renovation, and supply chain projects.
  • Leadership: Inventory risk management resource that provides forward-looking risk assessments to AFH business units.  Implement actions to proactively identify risk bearing situations and generate action plans to address before escalation. Daily participant and advocate for AFH on Daily Direction Setting (DDS) calls and weekly for Away From Home on operations leadership calls. 
  • Business Acumen: Monitor end-to-end inventory levels and work collaboratively with support teams to reduce current supply issues.  Requires ability to influence a diverse set of cross-functional teams. Manage planning and execution of Value-added services for AFH channels. Ensure MIPO and Safety Stock settings are aligned to business/network needs.
  • Partnerships: Partner across Integrated Planning teams to identify product availability in the event of a natural disaster or large-scale opportunity buys. Partner with IBP in development of process to identify and to take proactive actions on items and categories where a service failure might be developing. Collaborate, lead and influence changes in processes that eliminate bottlenecks or that create operational inefficiencies. Actively engage in network design projects.  Represent AFH to ensure unique channel needs are incorporated into structure.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or significant experience in relevant field
  • Experience managing e-commerce transactions
  • Experience in Logistics & Customer Service-related functions
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like SAP, Tableau and Excel
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
