The eCommerce Lead is responsible for leading the growth & development of our fastest growing channel across the full Kellogg’s portfolio in France. Managing a team of 3 colleagues and working in partnership with the central & local teams you will build strong commercial partnerships with our key grocery retail & pureplay customers to ensure we grow ahead of category and become leaders in eCommerce. You will also support the creation of new revenue streams in eCommerce channels such as marketplaces, immediacy/on-demand & D2C.




Establish & strengthen retail and pureplay customer relationships that enable Kellogg’s to become partners of choice through insight driven thought leadership, digital shelf excellence and optimised retail media investments.


Create a strong working partnership with, and help build the eCommerce capability of, the local French teams across sales, marketing, finance etc


Work closely with the central European eCommerce leader & team to define & deliver the channel strategy and build tools and capabilities for the European business.


Be the in market expert in eCommerce channels and customers, understand the latest digital sector developments and opportunities, and support the wider European and Global strategy and learnings for eCommerce.


Identify the digital capabilities of each online retailer and ensure that business objectives are tailored to each account so that customer collaborations have the maximum impact for both Kellogg's and our categories. 


Lead and deliver e-commerce category management solutions for the Kellogg company by developing data and insight and understanding of the shopper across our cereal, snacks and crisps categories.


Manage online advertising spend within agreed parameters and ensure accurate, up to date records are in place to monitor and improve ROI through full campaign analysis, using digital data to guide investments.


Begin to build future revenue streams through emerging platforms such as marketplace, on-demand and D2C.





Educated to degree level, with experience working in an eCommerce role in FMCG or Retail, preferably Grocery related.


Extensive knowledge of the eCommerce landscape with experience of managing a national accounts and delivering on growth targets.


Experience of managing or close involvement in digital retail media budgets & strategies.


Experience of creating Customer Strategies and implementing against them.


Team leadership experience.


Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn with a proven record of demonstrating initiative, curiosity and delivering results.


Spoken & written French and English are mandatory.
