Our colleagues in the Iberia team are looking for a new Category Management Associate.


Role Purpose


Grow with us as a Category Associate in our Iberia Sales team. Learn with us whilst providing a full Category Management service for key accounts, developing actionable insight to sell and implement customer specific Category Strategies to drive category and Kellogg's growth.   • The Category Associate will work with an energetic business team to provide a valuable contribution to Drive Category Management across customer teams to increase sales and achieve customer business targets.
  • Execute our category strategy within customers, focusing on segmentation, flow, brand blocking and multi-location product siting.
  • Develop best in class category relationships to unlock category growth opportunities improving the performance of the business through channel & Customer strategy.
  • Deep dive of the Category and players to understand their strategies and positioning in the market, as well as customers analytics and trends.
  • Provide input into innovation plans through your understanding of the market and customers and help account teams to sell our new products.
  • Manage our product portfolio within customers to grow our distribution and drive category sales.
  • Approach all business questions and opportunities via four angles: Internal, Retailer, Consumer and Competition, becoming partner for the multi-functional team.



  • FMCG background
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Trade, Category Management or similar, in FMCG marketing agencies (IRI; Nielsen)
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate data into compelling insights
  • High level of Excel management
  • Fluent in English
  • Collaborate easily with the different functions (Sales, Market Activation, Finance, BU...) to achieve the objectives/results
  • Excellent communication, presentation & influencing skills with a proven record of develop Selling Stories to engage KAM’s and Customers.
