Title:  Finance Analyst

Accountable for ensuring trade spend is accurately recorded and controlled across the relevant national accounts, ensuring the accounting polices and internal control deliverables

Fully support the Sales Finance team with key sales processes and control and reporting requirements, K-TIE requests and ad hoc analysis. Provide Insight & Analysis into account performance to drive sustainable growth

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Responsible for preparing and checking that trade spend is correctly recorded in the relevant accounts on an ongoing basis, with specific emphasis on the correct position being reported at month end.
  • Responsible for the monthly production and explanation of trade liability and balance sheet reporting to Finance Manager
  • Support Sales Finance Manager in producing Account Level Trade walks for Month-end and Outlook processes, to develop a clear and concise understanding of the Trade line.
  • Work with Sales/Deductions to focus on key risks highlighted on trade at risk report, this includes working with GBS to improve the aged invalid deductions, the controls on off invoice tasks
  • Overall support Iberia finance Manager to perform checks and generates report for KTIE, SAP and Anaplan tasks.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • The position requires a qualified university degree in Finance-related subject
  • Minimum 4 years in Finance experience ideally within a  Multinational corporation or/and Big 4 company;
  • Proactive, good communication skills (oral and written), good analytical skills and high degree of attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley S404.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Access and deep Excel skills
  • Knowledge/experience of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan)
  • Fluent English- written and verbal
