Title:  HR Intern

Description: 

Exciting and rare opportunity to be fully integrated into the Human Resources department, you will provide support to the Human Resources Business Partner Iberia. You will also participate in cross-functional missions relating to HR projects aligned with market trends.

 

WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

 

This internship will allow you:

 

  • To develop your autonomy, to find solutions to complex problems in a context of transition
  • To operate in project mode, with constant interactions with different departments
  • To apply your technical, analytical and linguistic skills
  • But above all to have a real overview of the functioning of a Human Resources department
  • The internship is 4hrs per day with €400 gross monthly renumeration.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Internal communication: You will animate our internal communities, participate in the organization of our internal events in close collaboration with our communication team.
  • Internship development program: You will be required to coordinate the internship development program and involve in the improvement process.
  • Are you a passionate for the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion? You´ll have the chance to be involved in the organization of different activities together with other employees.
  • Talent agenda: You will work in collaboration with the HRBR Iberia on subjects related to the trainee populations and their development.
  • Personnel administration: You will be required to coordinate personnel administration in close collaboration with our HR generalists and to propose innovative and effective solutions to improve our HR processes.
  • Compensation & Benefits: You will support various projects related to the compensation system.
  • Ad hoc HR projects: You will be required to support various HR projects depending on current events and internal issues.
  • In an international context, you will be in close collaboration with the HR team based in Bucharest.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Final year graduate student with a real passion for Human Resources.
  • You are structured, rigorous, autonomous, organized and have a real ability to adapt and anticipate,
  • Your analytical skills, your curiosity, your relational and editorial ease as well as your ability to innovate are part of your assets.
  • You have an aptitude for communication.
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Word. Desirable
