Our colleagues in the Sales Team teams are looking for a new Revenue Growth Manager.

As we’re putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we’ll be looking at you to show us how to create relevant insights & analysis to support top-line growth & Kellogg value creation by optimizing the mix contribution to margin pool expansion.

 

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

The RGM has the responsibility of ensuring that Kellogg´s is able to capture the full value of our brands and the market growth opportunities by creating value through the 5 RGM pillars (Brand Pricing, Price/Pack Architecture (PPA), Promotion Optimization, Active Mix-Management, Retailer Story), being also in charge of analysing and developing tools in order to improve the performance of the business, to develop sales by channel & revenue growth strategy.

What do I need to demonstrate?

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Experience in RGM, Business development/strategy, KAM or similar
  • Analytical capability (P&L etc.) & capacity to make clear recommendations
  • High level of Excel management
  • Fluent in English
