Title:  Coordinator, Talent Acquisition KNA




As a Recruiting Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition team, you will be performing the administrative work activities included in the end-to-end lifecycle of the recruitment process.  Bring your appetite for organization, customer service and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) technical skills in order to support hourly through Director level candidates as well as our internal Hiring Managers for these roles. Within Hire-to-Retire and the Recruiting Coordinator teams, we focus on great relationships – both with the business and with candidates – to drive quality and speed in hiring. Our metrics help us track success so you can effectively manage your jobs. 






  • Administrative support within our SuccessFactors ATS – Interview scheduling, moving candidates to various steps in the system, creating offer letters, reviewing background checks, and monitoring the completion of all onboarding documents will be some key responsibilities for this role!
  • Communication – You will manage candidate and hiring manager communications. We love our Kellogg brand so it’s important all communications reflect the brand, its values and our employer value proposition. Make sure you are organized because our hiring managers love to receive timely and consistent updates on candidate progress prior to their start dates.
  • Accuracy is key – Everything this team handles must be handled with care and accuracy to ensure our candidates are all day 1 ready by their start date. Offer letters, onboarding forms, all personnel data going into our ATS must be accurate!
  • Legal and compliance – A big part of this role is monitoring background check results and overseeing the physical exam results. You will make informed decisions to proceed or cancel the hiring process and at times, looping in our Legal team when we need additional support and guidance.
  • Metrics – Everything we do is tracked and monitored within our ATS. We also make commitments to our business partners through achieving and exceeding our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Team Player – Partnering with the team and offer support where needed on requisitions. Other items include pulling reports, opening requisitions, performing duplicate checks, project work, managing the Case Management tickets and USA Recruitment mailbox. The team also updates training documents and capacity on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment
  • Experience with calendar management to include planning & organizing schedules
  • Adaptability, flexibility and tailoring communication style to the audiences needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
  • Strong management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively and work within tight deadlines
  • Ability to think critically and independently
  • Customer service expertise
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous recruitment experience including scheduling 
  • Previous skills utilizing SuccessFactors or other ATS systems 
  • Basic understanding of HR concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures
  • Prior administrative experience preferred
