CS&L GBS OTD Professional

Is the responsible to execute activities of the assigned OTC–CS&L processes, such as CS&L, order management, billing, export documentation & back office activities in order to provide high quality services to internal and external clients.

General Job Functions:

• Generation and follow up of the LATAM orders and shipments including documentation ensuring fully compliance of export requirements for all countries.

• Customer service activities, providing response/solutions in a timely manner to requirements from external and internal customers.

• Support on claims process through the identification and analysis of customer disputes.

• Provide KPIs and operational indicators, understanding root causes.

• Generation and/or validation of intercompany and commercial invoices.

• Manage samples process.

• Identify simplification, standardization and automatization opportunities on the daily activities and processes.

• Identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the supervisor/ team leader.

• Listens and communicates effectively within the team and all other areas involved, building a win-win networking relationship.

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 or more years of related work experience.
• SAP Knowledge.
• Skilled on Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical (problem solving) and communication (decision making) skills and be detail-oriented.
• Leadership skills.
• Advanced English Level
