Global GBS HRIS, Senior Analyst.

 

As Global GBS HRis Sr. Analyst you can Lead Data management, data quality and data governance for HRIS. Leads position creations, Job key creations and other Data management in SuccessFactors. Lead & assist in re-organizations and provide strategic engagement for data changes that impact business processes. Regularly review and maintain audit reports

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Track metrics and analysis to support transparency, facilitate discussion of business process improvements and recommend related initiatives to COE (Centers of Excellence)
  • Leads Audit Governance Framework by applying Data Quality standards completing Audit Cycle & Reporting in a regular basis.
  • Regularly perform and maintain audit reports for Continuous improvement to ensure data quality between position, role, and employee data bringing insights from findings and recommend corrective actions having strategic partnership with key areas like Talent and Compensation.
  • Develop and implement global best practices for data entry and report criteria design in SAP, to deliver effective data tracking and global HR data accuracy reporting capabilities to meet business needs.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years work experience within in HRIS, HR, IT
  • 2+ years system experience with Success Factors, SAP HR, Workday or equivalent- SAP preferred
  • Effective communication skills with remote teams
  • Expertise in data entry methods & data audits
  • Understand critical business process issues because of data entry methods and decisions
  • Data audits and data governance is critical
  • Good communication and ability to interface with various stakeholders
  • Proven ability to meet timelines and follow through on commitments
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently without no supervision
  • Ability to perform technical tasks without supervision and are independent
  • Business conversation in English & Spanish; Portuguese- desirable, Japanese-desirable

  • Work is performed in an open office setting
  • As a global role, may need to be available for critical issues during nights and weekends
  • There may be situations that require working in a rotational shift program
