Global Learning and Development Specialist

 

  • Build and ensure the implementation of best-in-class Global IT & WorkSmart L&D training across the Kellogg organization. This role plays a critical role in the development, implementation and evaluation of L&D plans defined by Global IT Leads.
  • Location of the role: based in Querétaro, Qro.
  • Reports to: Global Learning & Development Team Lead – located in Bucharest, Romania.
    • Supervises: n/a
    • Peer Relationships: Global L&D Specialists & Advisors
    • Main clients/contacts:
    • Global IT & WorkSmart Team
    • Kellogg Learning Center
    • External Vendors

 

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Partner with Global IT & WorkSmart to identify training purposes, understand the need and recommend learning experiences and solutions that support and enable business objectives
  • Provide instructional design consultancy, learning experience design, support strategy definition and content development of Global IT & WorkSmart strategy, programs, and experiences
  • Conduct L&D project management
  • Execute end-to-end global standard L&D programs
  • Support & facilitate Global IT WorkSmart training curricula and champions certifications
  • Partner with Global L&D Team Lead to execute virtual instructor-led trainings on WorkSmart topics for Microsoft 365 mindset, behaviors, and tools
  • Generate metrics and reports of global L&D programs, provide insights and feedback to Global IT & WorkSmart team
  • Support remote and online global programs execution, tracking, evaluation, and report generation.
  • Generate L&D materials, ensure high quality standards and deliverables according to project timelines and objectives

 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in educational/organizational psychology, communications, instructional design/technology or a closely related field
  • Graduate degree preferred +2/3 years of overall L&D experience designing, developing, and executing L&D programs and project management
  • Advanced English, proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Facilitation skills: must be proficient in delivering virtual instructor-led trainings and managing diverse, and remote learners. Must be able to engage with audiences understanding cultural, time-zone differences and diverse learning styles
