Título:  Continuous Improvement Manager

This position is responsible for providing development, training, and execution of projects that will deliver efficiency and effectiveness savings for a Queretaro service delivery center.

Location of the role (Querétaro, Hybrid).

Reports to: GBS Regional Service Excellence Lead

Excellence/Continuous Improvement

Direct Reports: 1

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Manage and execute high impact projects utilizing the DMAIC methodology
  • Responsible for identifying, performing, and obtaining approvals for impactful projects
  • Facilitate ideation sessions for the various processes in GBS, prioritize ideas, and identify complexity of projects
  • Perform continuous improvement tools training
  • Mentor process owners / managers through the life cycle of their projects
  • Train GBS centers on continuous improvement tools (process mapping, RCA, PFMEA, SIPOC, ect.)

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in a related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
  • Deep analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision making skills
  • Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement
  • Experience presenting results to an executive team
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Previous experience on Continuous improvement areas (offices).
