Title:  Finance Professional

As a Finance Professional in Kellogg Global Business Services (GBS). You will play a key role by being responsible for perform daily financial analysis and reports, accounting and administrative activities fulfilling corporate policies and statutory requirements compliance. Challenge current processes to identify standardization, simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Travel and expenses reimbursements to employees and bank payments
• Corporate credit card account reconciliations
• Accrual records and expense reclassifications
• Travel agency invoice codification and accruals
• Basic analysis and reports to attend government and statutory requirements
• Compliance/control testing in order to ensure that internal controls are implemented and performed as required

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/Business-Related.
• Previous experience in Finance, Accounting and Administrative positions.

• English proficiency, capable of maintaining business conversations.
• Experience using SAP or other financial planning systems.
• Intermediate - Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
