Title:  Finance Supply Chain Team Lead

This position ensures that the financial and administrative process within GBS are performed according to Kellogg Corporate Policies, SLA and Statutory Requirements, is responsible for coaching of less-experienced GBS Finance Professionals, have ownership of substantial processes, provide guidelines in accounting and corporate policies, analysis and reporting related to KNA Central Supply Chain Finance support to deliver expected results.

Location of the role – Querétaro, Mx – hybrid

Reports to the Finance & Accounting Americas Delivery Director

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead a team of professionals to deliver the high-quality results, balancing workloads, and expertise within the team. Coach team members, provide feedback, and active talent management.
• Coordinate and support the team in executing the financial reporting and analysis for KNA Supply Chain Finance team.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve the quality of execution and delivery of required reporting, month end processes, account reconciliations & develop analytics to provide insights.
• Provide business partnering to KNA leads by establishing regular touch points to ensure high quality support; identify opportunities to address future needs.
• Standardize and improve the service delivery within span of control, promoting process simplification and automation, managing process scorecard in a continuous improvement context.
• Coordinate projects or special information requests.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field
• Financial Insight & Influencing
• Continuous Improvement / LEAN training
• Accounting proficiency (Analysis, Planning & Reporting)
• SAP & ANAPLAN knowledge
• Must have people / team leadership experience.
• English – Advanced
