Title:  Financial System Team Lead

Description: 

This position is a Financial Systems Team Leader, responsible for the overall performance and operating efficiency of the financial reporting systems.

Typically reports to: Global Financial System Delivery Lead

Supervise 2 FTE and 1 intern

Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization including global and multi-lingual.

Location of the role – Querétaro, Mx – hybrid

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Manages the integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of the financial reporting systems.
  • Partners with Finance Stakeholders as the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business to deliver value.
  • Document the flow of existing processes and identify the dependencies and integration points to assess, identify and drive efficiencies.
  • Responsible for meeting critical financial deadlines for month-end close, forecast, and budget.
  • Mitigate risks to the organization through effective problem solving.
  • Assists in developing training documentation to help educate the organization.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Finance/Business-Related field plus 3-5 years of experiences in Finance & Accounting 
  • Financial system understanding, preferably with Anaplan and BPC
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP
  • Logical thinking to understand the intricacies of system design, data flows, and financial results
  • English: Advanced
