Title:  Financial Systems Analyst

Description: 

This position is responsible for Financial Systems administration, Data analyze, Master data management, Master data Creation to provide the correct visibility to our customers.

Location of the role – Querétaro, Mx – hybrid

Typically reports to: Financial System & MD Lead

Supervisory responsibilities: 1 unpaid Student

Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization (e.g., GBS, Finance (Area & BU) Audit, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, etc.).

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Perform Diary System support, deliver monthly month end close into the systems, Deliver Strategic Forecast and Budget into systems supporting GBS, Finance BU´s and Regional Finance Team.
  • Always looks for new ways of working to improve process, align and negotiate with customers to deliver always on time.
  • Be aware to react agile to Business changes and supporting Special projects that affect systems.

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Administration / Finance / Accounting / Business-Related and 2 or more years of experience
  • Must have strong PC skills with an emphasis on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and experience working with systems as logical thinking to understand how they work in the backend (BPC, Anaplan, CPT).
  • Must have strong analytical and communication skills and be detail oriented.
  • English: Advanced
