GBS TALENT ACQUISITION SCHEDULER

 

The Talent Acquisition Scheduler is responsible for performing all scheduling activities for all panel interviews.  

Arrange and coordinate internal and external candidate scheduling for interviews via our ATS and Outlook, including organizing and confirming timetables and candidate communication.

Ensure all candidate interview communication reflects the brand, its values and our employer value proposition.

Meet all interview scheduling internal metrics to support efficiency in the process steps.

Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator of each requisition to assist with managing general recruiting inquiries from Hiring Managers and candidates via email or telephone and responds promptly

                                                                                                                                         

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this role you:

  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset by reviewing work processes
  • Execute the interview scheduling and interview related candidate communication processes
  • Escalate any issues or compliance outages to manager
  • Ensure compliance to Kellogg recruitment and placement policies, systems and procedures
  • Provides administrative support activities for the Recruiting Coordinator team, including coordinating schedules and schedule candidate interviews
  • Works with candidates and interviewers to schedule interviews that align with both parties’ schedules
  • Communicates interview details to candidate, making certain the candidates has all of the information necessary (detailed directions, dress code, interview logistics, virtual interview instructions, etc)
  • Ensures and maintains integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking SysteM.

 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Administrative College career or similars.
  • Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external customers

 

Preferred:

  • Basic HR experience
  • Adaptability, flexibility and tailoring communication style to the candidates
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically and independently
