Título:  HRIS, Analyst

Descripción: 

This position is responsible to lead tactical & strategic support of HRIS operations for Kellogg. Hands on experience with Case Management and myHR portal system configurations. Firm understanding of Employee Central impacts with other upstream and downstream systems. (CM and myHR portal). Good understanding of SuccessFactors suite of applications. Translate business requirements into system configuration in compliance with the best practices.

Reports to Global HRIS Portal/Case Management tools and Operations Team Lead

Works closely with Global HRIS team, HRIS COE, IT, HRO team

Location of the role (Querétaro, Hybrid).

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

  • Coordinate SF Release notes, changes, testing for changes to production. Present changes to leadership.
  • Assists in integration projects between HRIS and other systems (both internal and external)
  • Supports develop reporting metrics and measurement activities for HRIS Ops team
  • Assist with updating and maintaining forms, policies and procedures and creating process guides and other reference materials; (DTPs and QRGs)
  • Responsible for the distribution of the HRIS ticketing box and assigning to the allocated source to assist with the issue.
  • Design and implement a governance strategy for Enwisen and myHR portal to include SIT/UAT methodology, test plans, and test scripts.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Human Resources preferred and/or work experience accumulate
  • 3-5 years of work experience within HRIS systems like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, testing and documentation skills
  • Good project management skills including planning, risk management, configuration skills, process mapping and prioritize tasks independently.
  • English: Advanced
