Title:  Internal Control Analyst


In this roll you can ensure that financial risks at LA operations or at GBS are identified and mitigated through a solid internal control framework on an adequate and timely manner.




  • Conduct basic control environment assessments, including Process and Procedures evaluations throughout LA organizations or GBS KLA to ensure an efficient control framework in order to prevent financial risks and frauds.
  • Help to ensure compliance of SOX 404 Internal Control legislation according to Corporate deliverables; actively participation in Key Financial Controls documentation, testing and results process execution.
  • Consolidate and internally present Control results information. Learn to perform periodic Control indicators analysis, identifying main topics to focus according to findings and trends, while understanding all the root causes.
  • Monitors the actions to ensure compliance with policies, standards, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Support to ensure remediation plans are completed in a proper manner and on time.




As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Environmental, Health & Safety, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:


Required Skills:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration / Finance / Accounting / Business-Related.
  • Must have PC skills with an emphasis on Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Desirable knowledge of SAP and Payroll systems
  • Analytical and communication skills and be detail oriented.
  • Updated knowledge in fiscal, labor and Social Security legislation
  • Medium English Level.
