Title:  Data Governance Lead


As a Data Governance Lead based at Querétaro and working hybrid you will ensure that all Kellogg data assets are credible and available by developing policy and process, measuring compliance, and enforcing standards, you will also play a leadership role by supporting the mission to ensure that data is certified, reliable, and easily accessible by all Kellogg communities across the region, and complies with global standards.




  1. Accountability: for creating the data quality management rules, processes, policies, and technical data flows for their data domain(s).
  2. Data Analysis:
  • will monitor adherence to Data policies by all related functions and work to facilitate corrective action, may also oversee Data Analysts.
  • will work cross functionally to improve data quality for their respective domain.
  • will ensure data completeness in all areas of metadata, data registry and data catalogues.
  1. Business Management:
  • Translate business needs, build data quality management capability, drive process improvements, and lead the identification, documentation and implementation of data quality best practices.
  • Will partner with cross function groups including but not limited to: Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Category Management, Insights & Planning, Customer Loyalty, Data Services, Digital Marketing, and IT, to build an external data acquisition process flow and decision tree, and integrate/align said function’s processes into the governance model.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or systems Related.
  • Must have 3-5 years related working experience
  • Preferred: Kellogg Company experience, Committee leadership, Manage People, Influencing key stakeholders.
  • Data Governance experience
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication skills & influencing skills
  •  Ability to work with business data owners to create data quality rules, effective data processes, data policies and technology data flows.
  • Preferred experience in: Cloud data analysis AWS ,Tableu, power BI
  • English: Advanced
