Title:  Temporary Learning & Development Advisor

Description: 

As a Temporary Learning & Development advisor based at our GBS in Querétaro, you will Support the Global Learning & Development programs administration, tracking, reporting and evaluation and provide programs insights and feedback to the Talent & Leadership COE.

 

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

•Supports the implementation of the L&D programs for the assigned region(s)

•Keeps updated electronic versions of Leadership Programs contents for the assigned regions

•Interacts with Vendor when a service is required

•Follows the processes and systems to run metrics and dashboards for Leadership Programs

•Report and document the progress, results and metrics of Leadership Programs for the assigned region(s)

•Identify and communicate process issues and opportunities to the COE and GBS teams

 

.YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Educational Psychology, Instructional Design/Technology, Organizational Development, or a closely related field
  • Graduate degree preferred +2 years of overall experience in Human Resources or related
  • Desired experience in project management
