Title: Total Rewards Stocks and Recognition Specialist
As the Stock and Recognition Specialist, you will be Global Total Rewards team’s Long-Term Incentive subject matter expert. You’ll help round out total rewards benefits for employees through strategic stock related programs. Most specifically, through leading global stock administration activities by collaborating with constituents around the globe. You will also support in the research, modeling and development of future programs. While you are at it, you’ll be building your network and expertise in a thriving environment of professional development and teamwork. Location of the role – Querétaro, Mx – hybrid
Reports to: Global Total Rewards, Compensation Manager
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Stock Plan Administration – You’ll be responsible for driving the administration and strategic direction of stock related programs, policies, and tools for all categories and functions. You will do this through collaboration and partnership with external vendors and platform management. Internally you will be the liaison with Payroll and Finance along with partnering with Global Compensation, mobility, legal and Human Resources.
- Stock Plan Design and Education – You are the stock plan subject matter expert. You will help make adjustments and recommendations for the stock plan by analyzing utilization and forecasting. You will design and deliver presentations on stock plans and give input on employee communications.
- Recognition Partner – You will work hand and hand with the Global Compensation team to collaborate in Global Recognition Programs.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Finance or other related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources Finance or other related field
- Experience working in a multi- location environment
- Strong Analytical experience managing large Databases.
- Strong Skills using with Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English – advance, is a must
