Title: Student Support - Ready to Eat Cereal Sales
As a Temporary Student Support on the Walmart Ready to Eat Cereal team for Sales, you will be performing a mixture of administrative duties and ongoing project support work. Intrigued yet? Because it only gets better! In this role, having an “owner’s mindset” paired with your initiative and curiosity will take you a long way. You will be encouraged to “follow your nose” (as Toucan Sam would say) and pursue opportunities to engage in a collaborative environment, sharping your business acumen. And did we mention there’s plenty of snacks?!?
You will be working at our Kellogg Sales office in Rogers, AR. Here, you will gain exposure to all of the different areas on the team. And what a team! This team offers a “Walmart Academy” that allows you to learn, develop, and grow your skills to make you the best you can be. Excited? Now, let’s achieve something great together!
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Daily Grind – Get ready to run as you will be responsible for running and preparing reports for the cereal team. You will also be helping with ad hoc projects that support our Walmart customer!
Teamwork makes the Dream Work - You will make a difference both internally and externally. You are not only supporting one team, but supporting all of the cereal businesses. And your excellent communications skills will be needed to pull facts and share these with your Kellogg partners.
And you have to be able to juggle – Multiple and conflicting priorities will come up under specific time constraints. You have to be quick to act when these issues arise.
