Title:  Logistics Supervisor


As a Logistics Supervisor in one of our state-of-the-art plants, you’ll use your warehouse and distribution skills to manage our warehouse supporting the making of our delicious and sought-after brands. Your pride in keeping inventory traceability accurate along with supervision skills is what we have been looking for. Teamwork is extremely important to us, so don’t be afraid to showcase your collaboration skills, we want to see them!


Our Rome facility is located in Rome Georgia, which is 60 minutes from downtown Atlanta. Enjoy a gorgeous, safe area with great schools, and lots of outdoor recreational adventures nearby such as the Etowah, Oostanaula, and Coosa rivers.   • Safety First - From your first day, you will start training to get up to speed on following company Safety Rules and Good Manufacturing Practices. No injuries here!
  • Warehouse Support – along with meeting warehouse operational standards, you’ll be leading all activities and working towards production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Continuous Improvement – we couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset, so bring your “A” Game as you identify and recommend system/process improvements within the warehouse.
  • Direction and Servant Leadership – lead and develop team members as you provide direction through coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations, and monitoring your team.
  • Day-to-Day – leading a team of forklift operators that are responsible for counting, recording, and loading finished goods onto trailers. Working with the plant quality team to mitigate and minimize food safety and quality loses through the plant “holds” program.







  • High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a logistics warehouse setting
  • The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution
  • Demonstrate knowledge of managing warehouse software packages such as: SAP/DLX







Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Supervisory experience within a unionized bakery
  • Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
  • BS/BA and significant related experience
  • Sense of humor
