Title:  Quality Assurance Technician II


Are you determined, hardworking and adaptable? We’ve been looking for someone like you! As a Quality Analyst you’ll be working in our Rome, GA Plant making it a safe, reliable, and productive environment while supporting our Quality and Production teams.




  • Audit Ready - Conduct quality & food safety auditing throughout the facility and grounds. Conducting quality instrument calibrations, swabbing and food defense monitoring activities for the plant. Ensuring the facility meets all required quality & food safety laws, regulations, and corporate policies by following direction of Food Safety Manager.
  • Taking the Lead – Acting as the facility document control lead
  • Detail Oriented - Responsible for managing and communicating product holds to front-line leaders, testing and dispositioning holds based on results. Developing procedures, maintaining, and compiling required quality food safety documentation as directed.
  • Technical Expertise - Accountable for providing quality & food safety training for the facility as directed to ensure compliance and execution of required programs




  • High School Diploma or GED and related work experience
  • Experience working in a lab or have obtained a science-based BA degree
  • Skilled at Microsoft Office systems 
  • BA degree in business management, Chemistry, or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in quality and food safety preferred
  • Demonstrated HACCP experience preferred
  • Experience in high-speed manufacturing environment is a bonus
