As an Operations Supervisor in our Rossville, TN facility, you will collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives while overseeing the daily activity and development of our production lines. And with your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we’re positive you’ll fit right in. This role will support Night Shift.
Welcome to Rossville! We are looking for the best people to help our team create warm, golden delicious waffles. Rossville is one of Kellogg’s Frozen Foods plants and our team takes pride in every “L’Eggo My Eggo” product we make. From our union facility in West, TN we use our “K-Values” to guide our actions. We are relentless in safely delivering the best, quality waffle goodness straight from your grocery freezer to your home. We are looking for high-energy, motivated and innovative talent to join our team!
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Production Line Support - You’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.
- Continuous Improvement – We couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset and all of the acronyms that come with continuous improvement – 5S, RCA, and LEAN
- Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.
- Safety First – Our values are important to us, our people's safety and food safety are two of them. Have a safety-first attitude is an ingredient for success.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- High School Diploma or GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution - with a focus on results.
