Capital and MRO Procurement  Manager

In Brazil, after the acquisition of Parati®️ in 2016, the company started to produce pasta, cookies, powdered refreshments and other product categories to expand its operations. The company arrived in Brazil in 1961 and, as in other countries, became a reference in breakfast cereals, offering quality and flavor in its products.

Create Regional Transformational Strategy for Capital and MRO and execute Global strategy.Lead bids for Indirect categories  (follow  Stage gate process for Indirect- Review spend, determine the team participating, identify savings and objective, identify supplier, generate RFI, RFP and negotiate different rounds, involve Director of each category)  Brazil, Mexico, LA and KNA. Review and approve Tier categories with WNS (guide WNS personel).


  • Full responsability on Capital and MRO delivery savings- coordinate final users, suppliers and finance team to track savings on the Capital and MRO categories. Follow up on savings target, review if savings are being accomplish, if not determine with the team the reasons and re-define the strategy for Kellogg and WNS.
  • Be a commited Business Parter for Manufacture and Capital, bringing new ideas and help SC to accomplish targets and projects on time.
  •  Assure compliance on Procurement's Policies and Procedures in all Indirect areas (KLA).
  • Identiy new categories reviewing spends and opportunities in all Capital and MRO categories.
  • Attend conferences on global bids.
  • Coordinate Legal Contracts creation and expiration on Indirect Services.

  •  Bachelor of Sciences, Administration, Engineering or related areas.
  • Experience: more than 4 years
  •  Proficiency in English and Spanish
  •  Knowledge of SAP and Finance
  • Negotiation Skills
