In this role, you will support the development of compelling BTL brand plans, lead commercial innovation projects and in-store activations in the Kids and Taste UK&I Cereal team.

As Brand Activation Executive you will be owning projects from day one, reporting directly into the Brand Activation Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ownership of one of our amazing category leading cereal brands, shaping short activation and long term strategy
  • Ownership of Cereal commercial innovation projects (eg. on pack promotions and brand partnerships) from ideation and planning to implementation
  • Leading your projects within a collaborative cross functional group, including central marketing, supply, sales, and nutrition, towards the successful execution of your plans
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders outside of Kellogg’s (eg. retailers, shopper marketing agencies, brand partners)
  • Development and management of artwork and bookings for instore activation
  • Management of projects on time and within budget in order to maximise business impact
  • Tracking and analysis of brand performance and activation initiatives
  • Being an enthusiastic brand ambassador internally and externally







  • Educated to degree level / business school graduate, or equivalent
  • Some professional experience in marketing or project management
  • A passion for marketing, FMCG or foods.
  • Team player with an owner's mind-set - highly accountable
  • Ability to showcase multitasking, time planning and successful delivery of activities
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Good MS Office skills (eg. Excel, Outlook, Word)
