Job Summary

As our Asset Business Analyst you will be part of the global team to design and implement the processes and technology for complete lifecycle management of all IT Assets, in accordance with our global standards.  This will include the continuous optimisation of employee experience.




  • Perform research on industry best practices and incorporate them with organisational strategy and operational practices
  • Maintain hardware and software configuration items and assets in the CMDB.
  • Define and enhance the scheme for discovering hardware and software assets and CIs, and/or 3rd party integrations
  • Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management
  • Assets managed in accordance with Vendor Contracts using a contract management library
  • Provision of all asset related reporting for effective financial management
  • Generate and distribute various reports, including compliance reports on current assets and CIs and their status; also perform trend analyses
  • Provision of data and support audit of Fixed Asset Register
  • Continuous improvement of customer facing processes
  • Define and ensure adherence to the governance policies
  • Provision of ServiceNow access and training within Kellogg IT

  • ITIL V3 or V4 certified
  • 3y+ experience in asset and/or service management
  • ServiceNow experience
  • Experience of working with 3rd party asset platforms and integrators
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Analytical flair and attention to detail
  • Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate



  • ServiceNow certification
  • Database management experience and/or qualification
  • Process modelling using best practice tools e.g. Visio
