Title:  Business Execution Manager


Grow with us as a UKI Supply Chain Business Execution Planning Manager (Fixed Term). Engage with our customer teams by working effectively with Supply Chain and the UKI Commercial areas to ensure supply to the business is met on a day-to-day basis and that service levels are maximised.


The job also provides KPI visibility to management and an opportunity to use skills and knowledge to develop new processes & work with functional partners on proactive ways of managing supply & demand imbalance, non- productive inventory management & delist execution. 




In order to contribute to the success of this role you will:


  • Work cross functionally within UKI cluster and with broader European organisation to drive execution of day to day supply and maximise service level to our customers
  • Give visibility of upcoming supply issues and their impacts to the business through effective communication and documentation, aligning the business to the outlook
  • Understand root cause of supply issues and ensure processes and improvements are in place to minimise/eliminate future occurrence.
  • Mitigate risk of NPI (Non Performing Inventory) and work cross functionally to minimise or eliminate stock at risk of write off and ensure appropriate actions taken
  • Give visibility to Key Performance Indicators and analysis to assist management in determining business performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure effective delist/new sku execution
  • Work across functions to ensure that any necessary corrective actions are being performed to ensure supply of New Products (NPD) to timelines. Ensure communication on availability of NPD launch stocks for all New Products is clear and that forecast expectations are being reflected in planning systems





  • Excellent numeracy and analytical ability, Excel and PC literacy
  • Assertive, collaborative approach to working across business functions and a proactive approach to problem solving and the resolution of priority issues
  • Continuous improvement mind-set and desire to extend your knowledge of Kellogg’s Supply Chain
  • Understanding and ideally prior use &, knowledge of SAP (APO, SNP, EAP) and OPUS
  • Awareness of customer and commercial needs and knowledge of the key processes within Supply Chain and product availability management





Although the above-mentioned skill and experience is ideal, the role could also suit those with a wider UKI commercial background who wish to gain an understanding of Supply Chain processes and challenges.

This role is fixed term until mid-August 2023 with possibility of moving to permanent at that point.
