As a KEU Senior Workplace Analyst you will manage and motivate a high performing team to deliver great digital experiences and mature the Kellogg workplace.  You will own key relationships with our Vendors and Procurement teams to ensure excellent and cost effective services.  You will work closely with the Workplace Senior Manager and other IT/HR/Real Estate Leads to continually improve the Workplace Strategy based on learnings, new technologies and employee challenges.  You will also collaborate with BRMs to keep abreast of business strategies and challenges, adjusting our priorities and workload as needed to maximise value-add and get initiatives delivered. 




  • Manage the workplace priorities, workload and resources to deliver great digital experiences
  • Continuous contribution to the enhancement of the workplace strategy, aligning with other Regions globally
  • Execute the delivery of complex, high value Workplace Projects
  • Work closely with BRMs and employees to proactively prioritise and improve employee experience
  • Regular contact with Vendors and other external stakeholders to anticipate workplace technology improvements
  • Coordinate work with other IT/Operational functions to deliver complete solutions
  • Work out loud telling the workplace story, ensuring all employees have a voice
  • Work smart: working alongside our change programme team for M365 solutions.

  • Degree and/or 10y+ experience in IT or Manufacturing Operations
  • Project management certification and 7y+ experience
  • Solid experience in M365 tools and end user application
  • Strong End User Computing knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curious about workplace technologies and demonstrates learning and application
  • Natural analytical thinker for solving business challenges
  • Strong delivery/project/operational management experience
  • Demonstrate passion and solid experience in improving employee and/or customer experience
  • Ability to evaluate data to analyse trends and leverage insights
  • Managed people to deliver multiple concurrent projects
  • Vendor management
  • Change management certification and/or experience
  • Ability to interpret and utilise financial and commercial information
  • Positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate

Bonus Points: 

  • Business Analysis certification
  • Workplace data analytics and visualization tools, such as MS Analytics; MS PowerBI and Tableau
  • Physical workplace design experience (facilities)
