HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

 

 

  • Be one of our Senior Brand Managers in charge of one of our cereal and snacks portfolio of brands, this will mean leading our brand plans for UK and Ireland on some of our iconic brands like Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, Special K and Coco Pops.
  • Lead and develop a team of brand managers following our K-values.
  • Design, plan and execute the activation of our brand plans
  • Play a pivotal role in connecting our European brand strategy with the UK & Ireland business to drive growth, as the representative of the UKI consumer and customer voice.
  • Work on shaping future plans for Kellogg's in UK & Ireland markets as well as executing with excellence in the short term.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales teams and customers to maximize the retailer support for our brands

 

  • Be a team player and collaborate within the local commercial teams while enabling effective communication with the European team
  • Coordinate with the relevant stakeholders the plans around data collection, analysis and feedback on the effectiveness of previous activation campaigns.
  • Develop strong relationships with local BTL marketing agencies.
  • Partner with Internal and external stakeholders to deploy the activation plans.

 

 

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Excellent abilities on stakeholder management, as you will interact with several teams inside and outside UK
  • A professional with strategic mindset, with the ability to identify future opportunities, and powerful executional skills, to ensure the effective deployment of our plans.
  • Outstanding planning skills, and the capacity to manage several workstreams.
  • Passionate about brands and bringing them to life in stores across UK and Ireland
  • 5+ years’ experience within marketing and/or commercial roles. Experience managing brands.
  • Experience in managing direct reports.
  • Have the ability to work across different sales channels.
  • Focused on results with the ability to drive collaboration between different teams.
  • Business understanding and financial acumen is required.
  • Strong communications, organization and influencing skills. 
  • Fluent business English (written and verbal)
