Title:  Senior Analyst, Global Data, Analytics & Governance


As a Senior Analyst, Global Data, Analytics & Governance, you will play a key role in moving us toward a more data and insights-driven organization by supporting the design, implementation, and adoption of Kellogg Global Data Governance tools, platforms, and frameworks to ensure our data is certified, reliable, properly secured and easily accessible by all Kellogg communities across the globe.

We have an opening for you to grow with us as a Senior Analyst, Global Data, Analytics & Governance in Manchester, UK.




  • Global Data Governance Framework – You’ll be responsible for supporting the deployment of global data governance policies, processes, and capabilities that help support our goal of creating and maintaining high quality, secure and usable data.
  • Governance Tools Implementation – You will support the use of appropriate tools to drive data quality and security by playing a central role as a subject-matter expert and change agent in the design, implementation, roll-out and effective adoption of Global Data Governance platforms.
  • Regional Partnership – You will engage and collaborate with regional business and IT partners, to understand regional priorities and requirements, supporting the sharing of best practices, governance guidelines and ways of working to help them achieve their regional goals.
  • Ongoing OperationsYou will monitor and support the adoption of the governance framework by internal and external project teams, as well as data stewards and owners.  Ensuring all aspects of data management and data quality improvements are supported.





  • High school diploma/GED and 6 years of related work experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related work experience
  • Experience in working with Data Governance tools and initiatives
  • Experience in working with Data Warehousing and Reporting/Analytics technology and/or initiatives
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Experience in a global organization working across regions/global teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to connect at all levels of the organization
  • A passion for using technology to drive value and increase productivity
  • A history of being a self-starter, innovative and creating success in ambiguous situations, driving results through influence and a passion for excellence


Bonus Points:

  • Experience implementing and managing Data Catalog solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or another related field
  • Experience with Data & Analytics Governance
  • Experience working with SAP systems and data
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience working with data in the Consumers Packaged Goods industry
