Title:  Marketing Effectiveness Senior Manager

  1. Develop and implement a robust market effectiveness roadmap for brands and category. This should cover all elements of marketing mix, identify the big opportunities for optimisation and growth. Identifying key metrics per brand to focus on from short term to longer kpi’s.
  2. Partner with the Strategy & Insights lead team and the marketing organisation to deliver selected commercial digital transformation use cases that will demonstrate value (through the marketing funnel) that will give proof points for further investment and dictate the roadmap for further transformation.
  3. Partner with Finance to make key investment recommendations for both Plans (Budget cycle) and SGM (Strategy Cycle) based on marketing effectiveness, partnering with commercial teams to deliver results.
  4. Provide thought leadership on marketing effectiveness to S&I lead team & marketing team by keeping externally focussed on what the industry trends are including benchmarking.
  5. Lead, coach and build Full Funnel Marketing Insights capability including measurement within the entire Strategy & Insight team & commercial teams.
  6. Build key relationships within our global team and marketing agency eco system.



  • Ability to influence across the organisation by building mutually beneficial relationships across many functions
  • Able to transform quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations and communicate them in a compelling way
  • Curious to understand what other industries, other fmcg companies are doing on their commercial digital transformation & marketing effectiveness journeys influence our plans
  • Passion for effective storytelling driving engagement and buy in to Strategy & Insights recommendations
  • Possess drive and enthusiasm alongside attention to detail
  • Clear ability to distil insight and data from multiple sources into compelling, action-oriented stories to unlock growth
  • Ideally minimum 6 years client-side and/or agency experience in an Insights role
  • Ideally previous experience in either/and Retail Media, Full Funnel Marketing Measurement, audience segmentation.
