HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
In your role as Category Executive, you will work within an energetic business team focused on driving strategic growth for Kellogg in 2022 and beyond. In this role you will be responsible for the category analysis insight & merchandising, as well as owning & developing customer category opportunities.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Required:
- Previous FMCG retail experience within Field Sales and/or Head Office
- Ability to influence people with an external and consumer focus
- Strong analytical and communication skills & quick to learn
- Specific interest in category management and branded products
- Experience of working within a team and ability to manage different priorities
- Curiosity, drive and a desire to take data and turn it into insight
Preferred:
- Category Management experience
- JDA Planogram system knowledge
- Experience with using IRI, Kantar or Neilson and Merchandising software
- Business related degree or equivalent
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Requires travel across UK to customer approx 1 day a month
- Flexible/hybrid working approx. 2 days in the office, but flexible alongside customer needs
- Fantastic pension contribution where Kellogg’s will pay up to 12% pension contribution
- Monthly share scheme where Kellogg’s will match the shares you buy each month up to a max of 3% of salary each month
