Title:  Senior Manager, Internal Audit

We provide independent, objective assurance and advisory services delivered through a highly competent and diverse team. As a business partner, the Audit team helps the Kellogg Company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

  • Provide Assurance & Advisory Services - The Senior Manager, Internal Audit provides assurance & advisory support services to management and staff in various business units across the Kellogg Company such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing Plants, and Distribution Centers across the company’s global footprint. You’ll identify and evaluate risk areas and provide key input to the development of the annual audit plan and risk assessment.
  • Apply Your Intellectual Curiosity - You’ll manage audit teams in conducting procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures. You’ll identify and document audit issues and recommendations concerning areas being reviewed and communicate the results.
  • Communication is Key – As the managing resource to the audit staff and project business units, your ability to communicate effectively at all levels is important to project success, including written reports and oral presentations to upper-level management in order to communicate audit results
  • Providing Leadership - Develop, train, coach, and supervise internal audit members during audit projects and special assignments ensuring the team meets its objectives.






  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance related function
  • Previous professional accounting, audit, or other business-related experience
  • Demonstrated strong judgment expertise, organizational skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and a drive toward action
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 30% both domestic and international


Bonus Points:


  • CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA or other professional designation
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience with audit in CPG spaces
