Title: Brand Manager - Kids (대리/과장급)
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
1. Prepare and agree the annual volume and investment plan for the brands managed. On an ongoing basis, monitor and review this plan to ensure performance vs. objectives and efficient use of resources to achieve the established goals
2. Choosing from the Area menu for global and regional brands, define and brilliantly plan or execute the calendar of business building activity for the brand locally, in order to deliver the annual country plan
3. Work closely with Area team to ensure Asia / SA communications and promotions on global and regional brands are adapted appropriately for the local market, and to plan or develop materials to support local brands, as agreed via the business planning process. This will also involve close cooperation with the local Nutrition for Brand Activation to ensure alignment and approval of specific brand claims & messages (in compliance with country specific legislation).
4. Work with the internal counterpart (Innovation, trade marketing & sales team), creative agency, media agency locally ensuring the most efficient use of investment through a variety of communication channels
5. Work with Innovation manager to prepare and execute Innovation launch plans in market, as approved by the Area. Provide input to Innovation manager for PDR, LAM and PIR documentation.
6. Initiate to propose the research and/or help execute local research projects as required
7. Undertake brand analysis as requested as part of the annual planning cycle
8. Work closely with Trade Marketing, KAM and sales in local market for Marketing Operation to ensure effective execution of actions at point of sale
9. Continuously monitor brand performance and competitor activity, proactively reacting to changes and threats; be able to provide estimations and forecasting about volume and share
10. Manage the day-to-day business processes for the brands to ensure effective and efficient business management (e.g. budget management, IBP process, Category Review process, etc.)
11. Respond to data requests from Area Marketing as required
Preferred Education & Experience
1. University degree, preferably with specialist studies in marketing
2. Ability to write fluently in English and the possession of strong oral presentation skills
3. Minimum 5 years of consumer marketing experience.
