Role Purpose
- Deliver high quality financial information on a timely basis and ensure that they are in line with strategy, and perform competitive intelligence work to benchmark vs competition
- Manage financial controls in budget managements, claims management, reports and accounting policies
Accountabilities
- Responsible for overall direction and control for A&P- related matters
- Managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position through financial analysis, quality review of initiatives and plans
- Providing qualitative information about competitors, food / beverage industries, and macro-economic indicators
- Developing and improving the company’s policies, procedures & systems for finance, in particular finance forecasting, distributor claims process and trade funds management
- Proactively taking value-creating initiatives for Kellogg’s growth, and maximizing shareholders’ value
- Provide Managing Director and Senior Management with business advice and counsel for sound decision making in all aspects of business
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A degree holder in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration or a master’s degree in finance or business administration would be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of finance working experience in the FMCG industry.
- Communicate effectively in English (oral and written communication)
- Strong finance background with commercial experience/business acumen.
- Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of organizational skills to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels in the organization
- Specialized knowledge of accounting, financial management, tax regulations, internal control and treasury
- Proficient in Excel and SAP
- Possess grounding in Kellogg’s Values and Kellogg Business Leader Model
- Excellent thinking and problem solving, communication, leadership and collaboration. Also should be able to handle multiple priorities in diversed cultures
- Willing to learn attitude
