Role Purpose


  1. To lead overall business planning for the business including P/L, B/S and CF through analysing actual, understanding forecast, and highlighting any risks and opportunities in the forecast. Key accountabilities are
  • Lead strategic forecast process every quarter
  • Lead budgeting process as the process owner
  • Provide insights to management through monitoring and analysing actual results month by month.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities in the forecasts based on actual / trend.
  • Own regional OHD budget in Singapore. Manage the budget and track actual.
  • Work closely with regional treasury manager to manage FX hedge impact in P/L.
  • Fulfill regional / global reporting and forecasting requirement including leading performance deck preparation which is shared with regional leadership.


  1. To drive simplification / automation of forecasting processes
    • Identify key automation with leveraging existing systems (BPC, SAP and CFS)
    • Work with GBS/regional FP&A team/AMEA Snack finance team to simplify reporting requirements.


  1. To drive KIMM (Kellogg integrated margin management programs) in order to deliver continuous improvement in Gross Margin and Operating Margin
    • Partner Supply chain to lead KIMM governance
    • Identify future opportunities with leveraging external / internal benchmark, market insights in key commodity markets.
    • Set RGM strategy / target for business.



  • Lead commercial finance team to ensure commercial plans are in line with financial strategy and support commercial team in Singapore / markets to maximize the company value through commercial plans.
  • Managing profitability and maintaining sound financial position through financial analysis, quality review of initiatives and plans
  • Providing qualitative information about competitors, food / beverage industries, and macro-economic indicators.
  • Developing and improving the company’s policies, procedures & systems for finance, in particular finance forecasting, distributor claims process and trade funds management
  • Proactively taking value-creating initiatives for Kellogg’s growth, and maximizing shareholders’ value.
  • Provide Managing Director and Senior Management with business advice and counsel for sound decision making in all aspects of business.


Knowledge, Skills and Experience


  • A degree holder in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration or a master’s degree in finance or business administration would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of finance working experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Communicate effectively in English (oral and written communication). 
  • Strong finance background with commercial experience/business acumen.
  • Strong leadership, management, strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of organizational skills to be able to lead and motivate people at all levels in the organization.
  • Specialized knowledge of accounting, financial management, tax regulations, internal control and treasury.
  • Possess grounding in Kellogg’s Values and Kellogg Business Leader Model.
