Title:  Social Community Coordinator


As a Social Community Coordinator, you will act as a steward of Kellogg Company’s Social Communities. We’ll rely on you to analyze and respond to opportunities that grow love for our brands in the social environment. This is a fast-paced role that will require a high level of creativity and analytical skills. You’ll use your strong sense of social behavior and actions as well as your proven ability to create in-the-moment copy and visuals to promote our famous brands.   • Collaborating for Success  Partner with our brand, experience planning, legal and consumer affairs teams to understand growth objectives, strategies and consumer behaviors. You’ll provide social and influencer engagement support through the execution of the experience plan and “always on” marketing.  You’ll ensure the social strategy is applied through organic, real-time and responsive social content. We’ll count on you to engage with influencers within the social space as appropriate by brand.  
  • Owning Social Community Advocacy – Lead brand love and social advocacy within our online communities, demonstrating your owner’s mindset. You’ll leverage social listening insights for content development and social engagement. Putting your people skills to work, you’ll collaborate in the development and roll out of KUBE (our agile optimization process) huddles across the portfolio. Utilizing best practices, you’ll engage with influencers in real time. Acting as the puppeteer behind our brands, you will ensure cultural relevancy and reputation management. 
  • Creating and Playing – Create relevant content for our social communities with our in-house production partners based on social listening insights. This is where you get to play with different formats of creative in both the online and offline world. Your winning content will drive consumer and influencer engagement with our well-loved brands! 
  • Analyzing and Applying Insights – Grow and expand our experience knowledge through internal and external training sessions and workshops. You’ll excel at obtaining and analyzing insights from owned social content reporting. You’ll also participate in analysis and learning from the KUBE, applying learnings to current and future experience plans. We’ll value your insights!
  • Sharing Best Practices - Act as a connector and facilitator with internal teams, supporting social and influencer playbook development and best practice implementation. You’ll apply platform best practices and establish guidelines to help drive consumer behavior in the market.  



  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Social or community management experience (2+ years) with superior communications proficiency
  • Strong social platform knowledge and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing functions
  • Ability to write, design and photograph content 
  • A love for data and an ability to translate it into immediate actions
  • Belief in and commitment to the power of ideas, the creative process and the ability to discern, leading to a breakthrough presence in market and behavior change
  • Ability to analyze and distill valuable insights from owned social content and share brand application

Bonus Points:

  • Agency, media or creative experience, including influencer and social marketing
  • SEO experience
  • Graphic design or content editor program knowledge
  • Familiarity with social listening tools such as Khoros or Sprinklr
