In this role, you’ll be using your expertise to help shape our future, by finding and connecting with talent that’s a great fit for our company.

As part of the European Talent Acquisition team, you’ll also have the opportunity to focus on great relationships, both with the business and candidates, in order to drive quality and speed in hiring, whilst also supporting TA overall capability and improvements.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

In this role you will be responsible for the Recruitment Partnership, particularly across UKI within your relevant functions.  You’ll be the leader for open recruitment, specific to your location.  That means you’ll manage end-to-end lifecycle recruitment, in partnership with hiring managers.

Other duties:

 

  • Business partnering with key stakeholders, bringing a ‘consultant’ approach to enable you to advise accordingly
  • Direct Sourcing being a key part of your role
  • Fulfil Recruitment needs for the business whilst proactively pipelining for future roles, using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature CRM
  • Working with the broader TA team on sharing diverse, mobile talent across markets to drive our ED&I agenda – ‘One team mindset’
  • Lead on complex/confidential hiring requests and adapt your strategy depending on the business needs
  • TA Capability/Experience/Continuous improvement projects (local market/Europe/Global)
  • Ongoing Recruiter insights in your market – turning insights to actions
  • Network externally (universities, fairs, etc) to build strong relationships with external sources of diverse talent
  • Participate in internal skill needs assessments and support capability building for TA team and hiring managers
  • Support activation of our EVP for your location and across Europe

 

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

 

  • Solid working knowledge of Recruitment, specifically around direct sourcing and pipelining, either within a Recruitment agency or inhouse/internal
  • Knowledge of gaining market insights to support your diverse sourcing strategy and adapting accordingly to meet business demands
  • Ability to excel in a matrix environment and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Experience of hiring at all levels in complex environments
  • Familiar with the local legislation as it relates to the hiring process
  • Courage to challenge and improve when things are not working optimally
  • Drives Results and ‘think outside the box’ mindset
  • English language proficiency
