Our Australian Marketing team has the unique end-to-end ownership of planning and execution, responsibility for local strategy, communications & innovation development for the Australian market. 

 

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketer who can lead a portfolio of our iconic and well-loved Breakfast brands including Special K and Just Right. With a strong presence in the breakfast aisle you will play a key role in shaping these brands into the future, with a focus on innovation to continue their sustained strong performance.     

 

In your role, you will be part of our success by:

  • Full ownership and responsibility for developing and driving the consumer & shopper communication strategy and in-market execution on a portfolio of brands.
  • Translating consumer insights into new ideas and innovation to deliver growth, from concept through to execution in market, working closely with Sales & Research & Technology teams
  • Full commercial accountability of the local P&L, leading and working with cross-functional teams including other marketers, food technologist, sales and nutrition. 
  • Full brand planning including execution across channel
  • Development and execution of through the line multi-brand platforms
  • Enhancing and strengthening competitive advantage through claims and execution of key assets (i.e. pack)

 

With previous experience as a Brand Manager from within FMCG, you will be excited by the opportunity to work with well recognised brands within the breakfast category.  With a strategic & analytical mindset and a proven track record of executing winning brand strategies, you will also have experience in P&L management. Strong experience with innovation is a requirement of this role due to our strong pipeline of ideas and concepts to push forward.  You will work cross-functionally to deliver on innovation projects so excellent communication & negotiation skills will see you do well.  Along with all of this someone who is a self-starter, with drive, a tenacity to succeed, you will work within a team who take their work seriously but themselves – so someone with that same ethos is important!
