The role of Revenue Growth Analyst plays a critical role in the pricing, promotion and revenue strategies for our Snacks category.  Forming part of our Category & Revenue team you will work collaboratively across the business to evolve the price and promotional strategy for the Snacks category across channels and brands.


We’re looking for this person to bring a new perspective and fresh ideas, we have systems and pricing models in place – how can they be improved or adjusted to create better outcomes.

 

Some core responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the financial modelling of pricing recommendations for all List and RRP price increases, working with key stakeholders in the Snacks team
  • Lead the development, communications and execution of the promotional strategy for the Snacks portfolio, working with key stakeholders in the Snacks team
  • Creating recommendations on Price Pack Architecture to create profitable and differentiated mix based on shopper needs
  • Review performance and provide feedback and insight to improve the Pricing and Promotion plans during the annual planning process  
  • Support price and promotion recommendations as part of the Innovation process
  • Maintenance of the internal pricing files, including creation of pricing forms, validating list price/RRP’s and ensuring pricing accuracy for Snacks 

 

We’re looking for an individual with previous Revenue or Financial Management experience gained from either FMCG, Pharmaceutical or a Retailer environment where your focus has been on creating of pricing and promotional models.  Previous experience with scan data and trade software is preferred.  With well developed numerical skills and strong attention to detail you will work well as part of a cross-functional team to deliver great outcomes for Kellogg, our retail partners and our consumers.
