Title:  Senior Brand Manager - Nutri Grain

Our Australian Marketing team has the unique end-to-end ownership of planning and execution, responsibility for local strategy and communication & innovation development for the Australian market. 

We have rare and exciting opportunity to create & drive marketing activities for our leading power brand in our breakfast portfolio, the crown jewel Nutri-Grain!


Key responsibilities include:-

  • Full strategic brand planning 2024 + including execution for 2023 
  • Developing and implement an integrated experience plan for 2023 together with creative and media agencies 
  • Management of a sports media sponsorship
  • Translation of consumer insight into new ideas and innovation to deliver growth, from concept to execution in market, working closely with Sales and Research & Technology teams to do so 
  • Management and ongoing coaching and development of an Assistant Brand Manager
  • Full commercial accountability of the local P&L, leading and working with cross-functional teams including other marketers, food technologist, sales and nutrition. 
  • Manage a large A&P budget ATL and BTL

 

Due to the brand – this is a high profile and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager  role with extensive experience in brand management from within a blue chip FMCG organisation.  You will have previously lead and coached a team to ensure delivery of set commercial targets and deliverables.  With a strategic and analytical mindset coupled with a proven track record of leading & driving a major brand strategy.  Previous experience managing a P&L is a must to ensure success in this role, as are brand development, positioning, innovation and project leadership.  With exceptional stakeholder management to work effectively cross functionally you will also be a strong influencer to ensure everyone is on the brand journey with you.
