Title: Senior Supply Chain Finance Analyst

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Finance, this position works will all levels of Supply Chain and Commercial management. Based at our Manufacturing plant at Botany, you will actively partner with the key stakeholders to influence day-to-day decisions, shaping the strategy & direction of the business with key focus on all aspects of our Botany factory & co-manufacturer costs for Kellogg’s ANZ.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Botany Operations functions to provide them with financial performance, variance analysis and value add commentaries
- Complete on time and accurate month-end close for Botany Plant & co-manufacturer operations
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Budget building
- Develop robust and flexible financial models for strategic decision making
Skills, experience & attributes sought:
- Business degree in Accounting or Finance, couple with either CA, CPA, CIMA or ACCA qualifications
- Previous experience in a commercial finance/business partnering role gained from an FMCG, Manufacturing or Import/Distribution business
Coupled with strong communication & influencing skills we’re looking for an individual with a proven track record in effectively partnering with non-finance people to assist them with their decision making. Our Manufacturing plant is a busy 24x7 operation, you will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment who can balance sometimes competing priorities. An active team player who makes a contribution to improve processes and systems and share experiences across the broader Finance team.
